We provide NEBB Certified Testing, Adjusting & Balancing on new and existing buildings.

We are certified through NEBB to provide Building Enclosure Testing, aka Air Barrier Testing.

Do you have noisy spaces or a requirement to document sound levels in a building or spaces within a building? We have high accuracy calibrated sound level test equipment that not only tests overall sound levels, but sound levels at each octave band.  We can provide NC or RC ratings and determine the effect a piece of running equipment has on your space.

Vibration can lead to noisy environments, worker discomfort & premature failure of equipment.  Our vibration testing services can pinpoint where on equipment the vibration is coming from and at what frequency.  This service can be performed as a one time troubleshooting test, or periodically to look for changes over time.

We perform commercial duct leakage testing per SMACNA guidelines. We review project specification to determine allowable leakage.  Our state of the art testing equipment can be configured to test ducts at negative pressure to help find duct leaks.  While on site we will work with your project team to determine the site of leakage.

We provide periodic documentation of air changes/exchanges (ACH)  for Operating Rooms, dirty/clean sterilization areas and research facilities. We also troubleshoot systems to bring them up to standards.

If your kitchen hoods are not operating at the correct airflows, your entire restaurant may be suffering... and your power consumption. We can measure and document performance and get your kitchen back in balance.

We can look at your new or existing digital controls package and find issues that keep your building from operating as efficiently as it could.
